Site Updates

Tagged is currently experiencing site issues related to our hi5 data migration project.  Some users have reported the following known issues:

• missing profile data when viewing a profile
• errors with some Pets profiles/rankings
• broken links that return users to Tagged's home page
• problems with the Friend's Pets module

Our development team is working tirelessly tonight to resolve these and any other recent issues related to this project.  We thank you for your continued patience and support.

My girlfriend and I share a computer.  I can get into tagged and she can't.  Why is that?

I noticed that when i click on some pets, it takes me back to my pets home page instead of theirs. my owner bought a pet and says his pet did not appear on his pet list. we also noticed that her profile page isnt appearing properly and we cant view her pets page, nor is she able to log on tagged.

I can't log in either, on one account, but I can on my other one.  Ughhh!!

I enjoy the site and love journaling; The only recent issue is not being able to add color or size to the text. as I had done before.

We had a database failure that prevented approximately 25% of users from logging in to Tagged.  Due to this inaccessible information, other users also saw missing data or incorrect numbers when viewing anything that contained data from the affected users (e.g. profile pages, pets stats, etc.)  All data has been restored successfully and you should not see any of the issues listed in the original post above.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

I have same problem, I can't receive messages and see statuses of friends, its been like that now for more than 3 weeks. Fix that please.

Looks like a massive problem with the tagged.com domain starting around 10:52 AM PST today. help.tagged.com and about.tagged.com subdomains are still up and serving.

Since it is currently 11:08 AM PST, one can only conclude that the current outage is not planned...

Since they are able to get some HTML up on their main domain it is probably an issue with their database server farm(s).

Scratch that - even the HTML "site down" is now gone. You know, if they didn't have so many time-sensitive games it wouldn't be as much of an issue. But cafe and farm in particular have bad things that can happen if you don't return and perform some kind of action. Elections of course is time sensitive in that you lose funds if you are running shorter jobs, and could lose projects without collaborators to join before they expire.

When can we expect news from Tagged about those issues so we can know when it will work i cannot do the contact us get same message, cannot log on same message only place i am able to be is here and the help community pretty irritating since going on for hours, can you please at least update your users this will be the minimum you guys can do last updates is more than 24h would be verry nice to give us the recent news and ET for the site to come on again

Great for those of us who "work" for a living and have limited time. Tagged is getting worse and worse, especially in groups, and now, of late, simply being offline.  Not good for us that spend real money that we make working to relax on Tagged.
