I buy a lot of gold and have had so much trouble with it....Too often it takes several days or even weeks to recieve it. And now it is so hard to contact tagged about problems. I see a place to send an email but I have tried to do that without sucess several times..... Please help make it easier to contact someone when there is a problem...

It could be that gold and the. Natural greed that accompanies it should be taken out and away from Tagged.. POSSIBLY. Move the Pets game to a stand alone enterprise. As it stands pets are connected to some program that makes it possible to place them any place, to include another persons pet account iI find it difficult to buy back a pet that has several million dollars more than I. Have done several offers, and most do not award the gold. i have contacted support, but thats a joke. they run you in circles, and blame it back on tagged. tagged claims they have nothing to do with it. Tagged must make profit off of the adds, so you would think they would do somthing about tagged users getting scammed. Most of these offers just want your email address so you end up getting spammed by numerous companies, and you never do get the gold.

I have problem with ticket that I bought gold for my 2 profiles. Tagged sent me ticket link to click. I clicked it and it saying

Now gold price is in USD and its rather too expensive for me and other from malaysian due to the exchange rate. I would like to suggest that the rate is follow to individual country. People from

Malaysia to charge in Ringgit Malaysia. Singapore in Singapore Dollar etc... 

  eg. 400,000 Gold for $200 usd but for malaysian country we pay $200 RM (Ringgit Malaysia)
