i agree with you, i noticed there are tons upon tons of nasty sexual profiles on this site and it seems like nothing is being done about it but yet the innocent members are getting attacked instead BY support. i use facebook and its nothing like this site, facebook dont attack or accuse you of doing things your not doing, feel at ease on FB, never had a issue with them but here its another ball game. i like you, do not accept just anyone and everyone on my list cause for one i do not trust everyone, too many nasty preverted users on Tagged. Support claims they are removing all such materials, thats a joke cause everytime i turn around, thats all i see is nudity, i dont mean in clothes but actual nudity, showing private parts and yet those profiles remain, hmmm interesting i wonder why

looks like tagged's staff thinks nobody here deserve an answer... why do u have a community forum if u don't answer?? it's pointless.. i think we all should start a work of bad publicity!!!

I think the main problem here is the ambiguous phrase, sexually explicit material. Because of this vague terminology, it allows whoever has their hand on the delete button to delete any page that they may in the slightest deem sexual.
So, basically if a woman is not wearing a hijab, . the head covering traditionally worn by Muslim women, it could be considered sexually explicit. If a person is good looking, it's sexually explicit. If someone is kissing, hugging, blowing a kiss, bedroom eyes, seductive look in your eyes, and so on it is sexually explicit. Or, as I have noticed, if a person reports you for any reason, just because they do not like you, then its sexually explicit. It's a term that is being used as an umbrella term to cover anything and everything.
So, if the person has a hyper sensitive view of what they believe to be sexually explicit, you are up a creek without a paddle. I just had a picture of myself deleted by tagged. There is no way it could have been sexually explicit. It was a modeling picture of myself, that was from the shoulders up, and me wearing a button up leather jacket. All I was doing was looking at the camera, known as a head shot, and it was recently deleted.
I personally believe there is a strong likelihood that there is no record or documentation and record of what the person actually did to earn the "professionals" categorization of TOS violation. Just some general statement at best.
In fact I would not doubt if what tagged is doing is down right illegal. There are equal right laws to conducting business here in the USA, and with the company based in the USA, they could very easily be viewed in violation of these laws. I believe this would be true for paying and none paying customers. Yes, I know that some may say its their business and they can conduct it any way they like. This was used during the Civil Rights movement, and been proven to be incorrect. Much like when you go to a business and they may have a sign up saying they are not responsible for any violations. Just because they have a sign up, does not given them immunity to City, State, and Federal laws. Maybe standards more like Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Then people will have a consistent standard they can refer to.
Use of the Services by you, as Member, is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
.13 Members shall not post content that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind."
These Laws go both ways, not just for the customer but also for the business. This applies for those that remember their US Government classes, . Any entity that benefits directly or indirectly by the federal government. such as roads, electricity, water works, and communication lines, such as the internet.
I have also been on tagged for many years, and tired of not having an easy accessible phone number, and email address to contact tagged with such difficulties. And, to not be addressed in a manner were you feel you are being ignored and not having your concerns fairly addressed.
Then there is the issues of not having asses to your lost messages and contact information. It makes me wonder what similarities may cross over to this and interfering with mail. This based on at the Federal Level other devices such as email, and fax machines, being considered an appropriated form of documenting contact much like Certified Mail.
If a person does not feel their complaint is being appropriate handled or not being fairly treated by Tagged, there are other resources. There are the (BBB) Better Business Bureau,(ACLU) American Civil Liberties Union, and the Justice Department. All who will investigate any wrong doing were you feel your rights are being violated. And the good things is they have the resources to make sure you don't feel you are being bullied, and ingnored by some faceless company.

I am still trying to find out how does a person try to get their profile back if it had been deleted. Is there a phone number? is there an email that we need to write to, or both? Can we get a very specific reason for why the profile was deleted instead of some very subjective, argumentative, unbiased umbrella reason for why the page was deleted. There is no doubt I had not violated TOS and would like to rectify this.

I still had not found out how I can try to get my account back. It was deleted last week, and had not been able to find a phone number or email address to contact so I can correct this? Does anyone know?

No Ted--it does not help as we are all aware of the terms and stick to them as i have for 4 years collating great friends and gaining high rankings--then someone comes along--makes up a new profile--turns out to be a minor trying to get me to pay for a sex show i am not interested in and tell her i must report her profile and her scamming for money--and she did exactlly what she told me she would do--make a new profile put some crazy stuff on it claiming it was sent by me--now as they have ip recognition is it not correct to check that profile which would prove she posted the stuff herself--unbelievable that the innocent party has their access cut without being able to contact tagged by any of the e-mails given as they are all rejected--and no-one on the forums is prepared to fight on the side of long term members who have done absolutely no wrong.
