Hey Everyone!
We have some good news to report! As promised, we have made a solid improvement to the Bugs section of the Community!
In the old system, users would report bugs on their own. This resulted in many folks reporting the same bug. It made it difficult to prioritize bug fixes and communicate changes.
Now when you encounter a bug, just go to the new bug tracker page, look to see if the bug has been reported, and click "me too." If the bug you are encountering hasn't been reported yet, you have found a new bug we would really like to know about. Just send us a ticket and we will investigate![]()
This new approach will result in less work for you, and more efficient bug fixing on our end![]()
Just click on the BUGS tab at the top of the page to check it out.
Thanks again for your suggestions!

Tagged had been without a Community Manager for several months, and had relied on the combined efforts of its awesome CE Agents and the great posts of community members. But a few weeks ago they promoted their superstar office coordinator to Community Manager. Just wanted to say I am very happy to be here, and looking forward to big things!
We are working on some surprises (top secret) and general improvements, but the main thing is we want to remind everyone that every post matters. We will do our very best to respond as fast as we can.
So let us know if you have any ideas for improving the community or improving Tagged!
Thanks!

We've resolved this issue today and the contact form should work for all users once again.
