We would like to remind everyone that buying Tagged Gold off sites other than Tagged is both against Tagged rules and dangerous as well. Sites claiming to sell Tagged Gold at a discount use stolen credit cards and payment accounts in order to generate Gold and Pets Cash. Oftentimes they will steal the payment information of the very customers who purchase from them, to fulfill future orders. The same warning applies to any party trying to sell Pets Cash, or Tagged accounts with Gold or Pets Cash on them.
There are no legitimate sites, partners, or individual Tagged users providing Tagged Gold other than the purchase methods on Tagged.com. Nor are there any legitimate sources of purchasing Pets Cash or Tagged accounts. It is our policy that we will put accounts on Hold, extract Pets Cash, or even cancel accounts that are found to have violated these rules. This policy is to ensure a safe and positive experience for the rest of our Tagged users and Pets players.
For more information on account safety, check out this video.
Also, if someone sends you an offer for buying Tagged Gold, please email us with that person's UID and a link to the site
We have some good news to report! As promised, we have made a solid improvement to the Bugs section of the Community!
In the old system, users would report bugs on their own. This resulted in many folks reporting the same bug. It made it difficult to prioritize bug fixes and communicate changes.
Now when you encounter a bug, just go to the new bug tracker page, look to see if the bug has been reported, and click "me too." If the bug you are encountering hasn't been reported yet, you have found a new bug we would really like to know about. Just send us a ticket and we will investigate
This new approach will result in less work for you, and more efficient bug fixing on our end
Just click on the BUGS tab at the top of the page to check it out.
Tagged had been without a Community Manager for several months, and had relied on the combined efforts of its awesome CE Agents and the great posts of community members. But a few weeks ago they promoted their superstar office coordinator to Community Manager. Just wanted to say I am very happy to be here, and looking forward to big things!
We are working on some surprises (top secret) and general improvements, but the main thing is we want to remind everyone that every post matters. We will do our very best to respond as fast as we can.
So let us know if you have any ideas for improving the community or improving Tagged!

Our last community release introduced a bug that may have temporarily interrupted access to contact form over the last 2-3 days. If you attempted to contact us recently and were unable to complete the ticket form, we're sorry you couldn't get in touch with us.
We've resolved this issue today and the contact form should work for all users once again.
Welcome to the new Tagged Community! We want this to be a great place for you to find answers to any question you have about Tagged! We've established some guidelines that we hope will make this a great place for engaging discussions and insightful posts. Please read them before posting!
It's finally here. We've finally launched our new help community for our users where you can come and ask questions, join a community, and submit new ideas. Here's a high level overview of what you can do in the community.
